CHALLENGE:

Create light-filled space that balances task-focused work with collaboration pockets.

This energy company places importance on intentional collaboration and engagement between employees. Sanjel wanted both adaptable spaces where employees can gather, while also offering ample task-driven, high productivity work areas.

STRATEGY:

Right-to-Light. Promoting employee right-to-light was in the forefront of design from inception. Floor-to-ceiling glazed office fronts & doors allow the natural light to permeate the space. By providing gathering areas with direct access to windows, natural light is prevalent and accessible throughout the office.

DELIVERY:

Work becomes playful. Light-filled space and playfulness is achieved by creating an employee lounge that welcomes everyone; encourages everyone to mingle and collaborate. The corporate colours featured here and throughout the space promote energetic and playful connections.
