Challenge:

This project presented the opportunity for a full floor build-out in a new office tower. The project had a mandate to ensure that the client received full value for their new architectural wall system and new furniture under an expedited schedule.

Solution:

Parallel to the design process, Shearer explored numerous architectural wall systems and furniture options providing a comparative study of the vendor packages to ensure the best pricing for the best quality and aesthetic available within the project schedule. Showroom tours were set up for the stakeholder team so they could see and touch the products proposed to ensure thorough understanding of what was being offered by each vendor. We were able to help navigate McLennan Ross through this process and provide cost conscious options while maintaining high standards of design.
