Challenge:

Hopewell, one of Canada’s leading real estate and development companies wanted to make the move from two buildings into one. They wanted a space that was visually cohesive and yet could functionally respond to all of their teams’ unique needs.

Solution:

To successfully bring their different divisions under one roof we surveyed key stakeholders and then created core spaces such as coffee stations, copy support, and meeting places that repeated on each of the multiple floors. The design of these core areas were then tweaked to reflect the brand and culture of the group on each of the floors.
